Older T Gets Cameo In Simpson's Movie

Move over Moe's Tavern!?! After the credits roll there is an extra scene in the Simpson's Movie in which Allie learns that Forrester's is actually spelled... Foresters.

Everybody Has A Price...

Mike Amori briefly held the City Singles title until Richie K. won it back. It was one shortest title stints since Andre the Giant won the WWF title then sold it moments later to the Million Dollar Man.

Forresters Finshes 9-3

Forrester's potent 1-2 combo of Richiro and Artie earned the Snickers and Three Musketeers Awards on the evening. They set the tone in their first at-bats in the 12-2 gong of Beechmont Brews. Matt earned the first KitKat Award on the season going 0-2 in the 6-run third inning. That inning saw homers from Franke and Allie. Dave Foster once again dazzled in the field. Meanwhile, Rich Kosiba played a solid RF, but failed in trying to stretch a double out of a single. George Wood returned to his early season form by walking just one in the final two games as Forrester's heads to the playoffs.

The Guiding Light

This weekend Captain Lou Albano awarded Matt S. and Joey A. The tag team middle infield of the year in New Rochelle. The 16-time WWF tag team champ manager was discussing motivational tactics the Infielders can use to get the team through the last game and win a playoff game.

Grand Slam Triple!

Forrester's moved a step closer to a playoff berth with a 12-4 victory over the 0-11 Sharks. The 9-10 combo of Rich K. and Allie T. supplied 4 hits, 3 RBIs and 2 runs. They earned the Snickers and Three Musketeers awards. Dave Foster's Grand Slam triple in the top of the 7th followed his diving catch in the bottom of the sixth. Forrester's remains even for the best record in the league, but is currently slotted second due to its two losses to Sound Shore. If you look carefully at this photo you'll notice the Yanks trailing thr D-rays 13-1.

In an attempt to keep up with the demand for more Artie on the website, Pong officials granted Joey and Artie a title shot at Matt and Mike. Despite his debut, Artie and Joey were no match for the defending champs.

After the latest Forrester's 7th inning win, Mike Sgobbo was busy filming an ad for McDonalds Five Hit/Six Cheeseburger Campaign.

Snickered By the Ten Musketeers

Forrester's Softball once again proved it is a 7-inning game. Despite trailing 9-1 after one and 11-2 after two, Forresters fought back to prevail 14-13. A big thank you goes to all the parents, friends, significant others, and relatives who constantly support the team and didn't give up on them tonight. Forrester's maintained its one game lead on the field through another display of consumate teamwork. Mike Sgobbo had five hits and a single off the fence. Joey Amori had an early double and scored a big run in the 7th. Allie Tarantino filled in at the leadoff spot and chipped in a 2 run bases loaded single. Artie Migliore had a momentum shifting catch and 4 hits. Dave Foster had a huge Sac fly in the 7th and a big catch in the bottom. Matt Donaldson added 4 hits and Matt Summa stroked 3 including the 2 run hit that gave Forrester's the lead. George Wood walked a few too many but threw strikes when it mattered and had 4 hits. Frank Arenas continued his stellar year at first and at the plate. Lets not forget Skip's clutch hit in the 4th. Forrester's snatched victory from West End and now faces Sound Shore in a huge game this Friday.

Now that the Kosiba festivites are completed it's back to business for Forrester's. They play a pivotal game this Friday at 8:30 vs West End Originals at D'nofrio. Forrester's looks to maintain its one game lead and distance themselves further from the gritty west enders.
